Shipping Policies

Shipping:

Expected shipping time:  All orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order. All items ship from Texas, in the USA via USPS First Class Package Services to the USA. International destinations are shipped via DHL, Fed/Ex, or UPS based on your choice during check out. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Items will be placed in a small kraft paper jewelry box. If multiple items are ordered they will be combined into one jewelry box as space allows. If you need each item placed in a seperate box please request it in the notes when placing your order. 

USA Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

Calculated at checkout for lowest rate.  

Canada Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

Calculated at checkout for lowest rate.  

International Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

Calculated at checkout for lowest rate.  Options normally include DHL Express, Fed Ex, or UPS International shipping services.  Each comes with tracking. 

CUSTOMS DUTY, TAXES, AND BROKERAGE FEES: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you don't have to pay them upon delivery.
