Shipping:

All orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. All items ship from Texas, in the USA via USPS First Class Package Services. Estimated delivery time once the package is shipped is 2-5 days within the US.

Items will be placed in a small kraft gift box. If you purchase multiple items they will all be placed in a single gift box unless you request otherwise.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

0.0 LB -  1.0 LB = $3.99 shipping and handling - rate for most jewelry purchases
1.1 LB -  2.0 LB = $8.50 shipping and handling - rate for most of the driftwood mobile purchases
2.1 LB - 10.0  LB = $15.00 shipping and handling - rate for several mobiles shipped at one time

OVERSEAS Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

0.0 LB -    1.0 LB = $18.00 shipping and handling - rate for most jewelry purchases
1.1 LB -    2.0 LB = $25.00 shipping and handling - rate for most of the driftwood mobile purchases
2.1 LB -  10.0  LB = $30.00 shipping and handling - rate for several mobiles shipped at one time

CUSTOMS DUTY, TAXES, AND BROKERAGE FEES: Please note that customers are responsible for any import, customs, or duty charges, as well as any brokerage or handling fees that may be applied to purchases as they enter international countries. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and regulations, including any restrictions your country may place on the importation of certain goods or materials.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM: Customers in the United Kingdom should particularly be aware that VAT is often applied to imported goods and the Royal Mail often charge an additional handling fee to such items. These taxes and charges are entirely out of an our control. Refunds & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REPAIRS: If you need one of our jewelry pieces repaired please contact us for further assistance. There may be a slight charge for repairs so please call us beforehand to discuss the piece in question.
