Green and Pink Enamel Pendant
Dreaming of spring? Then let your heart embrace this beautiful multi-color enamel pendant. It has all the colors of a warm, sunny spring day; blues, spring green, pinks, yellows, and soft purples. Simply beautiful.
I make these enamel pendants from hand. Each starts as a sheet of copper. I hand cut the copper rounds and clean and sand them. Then I apply a counter enamel to the back side and fire in the kiln. Once the back is enameled the other side has to be cleaned and sanded again. Then comes the fun part. I lay a base coat of enamel and fire that, then I place at least two more layers of enamel firing between each layer. In between each layer I carefully sand and prepare the edges for the next coat. It is a labor of love and each time I open the kiln door my heart beats with excitement over the beauty of the glass!
All handcrafted by myself in my Texas studio.
Each pendant is one of a kind. Please allow for slight variations. I promise you they are all beautiful!
The pendent is 1.25" in diameter. It comes with a 5mm sterling silver jump ring. You can choose to purchase the pendant only or you can choose to add a 1.5mm leather cord. I have 16", 18", and 20" cords in stock. The cords have a simple sterling silver lobster clasp.
The pendant necklace will arrive carefully packaged in a pretty kraft gift box.
