Sonoran Turquoise & Carnelian Drop Necklace in Sterling Silver

This dainty Turquoise necklace is a personal favorite of mine. I hand-fabricated this piece using a beautiful combination of sterling and fine silver to highlight the vibrant, lime green of the Sonoran Turquoise.

This specific turquoise is mined in Sonora, Mexico, near the Campitos Mountain, and I love the way the earthy green pops against the warm, fiery carnelian drop. Every part of this necklace is handmade by me, Kathy Bankston. I chose hand-cut stones for their unique character and set them on a delicate 2.4 mm sterling silver cable chain.
