Black Onyx White Enamel Statement Necklace

A striking handmade black onyx and white enamel statement necklace featuring original kiln-fired glass enamel, natural gemstones and sterling silver.

I created each enamel component by hand, cutting and piercing the metal into organic openwork shapes before applying white glass enamel and kiln firing each piece. The glossy white enamel and darkened edges create a dramatic contrast with the polished black onyx.

Two strands of natural, untreated black onyx beads frame the handmade enamel centerpiece. Sterling silver beads and findings complete the design, finished with a handmade sterling silver hook and ring clasp.
