Red Enamel Flower Earrings With Sterling Silver Ear Wires

Unique and beautiful red enamel flower earrings. These artisan earrings are sure to turn heads each time you wear them! Made from sheet copper that has been hand sawed. Each flower is then cleaned and sanded. Then they are enameled with Vitreous enamel, also called porcelain enamel. They are fired in a kiln at 1500 degrees multiple times to achieve the gorgeous glossy red color. The edges are black, setting the stage to make the red pop! The ear wires and rings are 925 sterling silver.

Care: Enamel jewelry can be a keepsake that will last a lifetime if taken care of properly. Care should be taken not to drop the earrings. Enamel is glass on metal and if you drop it, the enamel could crack. But don't be fooled, enamel is pretty tough! It takes quite a drop to cause any damage. It can be cleaned as need with a soft cloth and water.
